DANISH SPEAKING SPECIALISTS
Candidate's responsibilities will be:
• Providing support and help to customers about company's products
• Handling all incoming Customer e-mails and telephone inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner, in order to assure Customer satisfaction connected
• Communicating with colleagues and taking care that calls are routed to the right support groups and persons.
Main Requirements:
* Very good command of THE FOLLOWING LANGUAGES:
DANISH
ENGLISH
* Very good command of another Scandinavian language will be considered a plus
* Fundamental knowledge in Windows operating systems
* MS Office skills (MS Word/ MS Excel)
* Some experience in support center will be a great plus
* Bachelor/ Master Degree in Computer Science or related will be an advantage
