- In Sofia, Bulgaria - Sutherland was incorporated in May 2008 and currently employs close to 180+ employees providing support to some of our Fortune 100 clients across 16 languages.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
– Technology or Engineering degree or equivalent experience
– 2+ years of experience in a related technical support environment
– CCNA certification – a must
– Strong Networking experience: Networking experience preferred
– Very good knowledge of English – a must
– In addition to German, command of any one of the following languages will be a plus: Spanish, Italian, French, Russian, Arabic, Polish and Dutch.
– Experience configuring Cisco routers, switches and hubs
– Demonstrated abilities in the following areas: IP, TCP, DNS and other protocols
– Excellent problem diagnosis and problem solving skills in a highly complex network environment
– Strong organizational skills; written and verbal communication skills
– Some experience in a service or support centre will be an added advantage
Roles & Responsibilities:
– Receiving and resolving complex issues and meeting customer needs
– Working with other people to solve problems and enhance future products
– Using debugging tools and lab simulations to analyze problems and identify solutions
– Keeping up-to-date with new technology products in order to provide support as soon as they are launched in the market
– Pre-selling and up-selling, customer consultation on client products

– Continually learn about in-depth networking issues
– Strive to achieve CCIE status
– Be aware of the most recent products and technologies even before they are in the market
– Be a technical expert in one or more technologies
