FIRST LINE TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST WITH GERMAN LANGUAGE
Candidate's Responsibilities will be:
• Providing support and help to customers about company's products
• Handling all incoming Customer e-mails and telephone inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner, in order to assure Customer satisfaction connected
• Communicating with colleagues and taking care that calls are routed to the right support groups and persons.
Main Requirements:
* Very good command of THE FOLLOWING LANGUAGES:
GERMAN
ENGLISH
* Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and Microsoft Outlook)
* Deep knowledge in Windows operating system, networking and hardware
* Some experience in support center will be a great plus
* Bachelor/ Master Degree in Computer Science or related will be an advantage.
