In connection with the expansion of the company's activity, we are looking for:  Junior IT Specialist
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Act as the primary technical contact, deliver advanced technical troubleshooting and problem solving solutions for collegues;
• Communicate with collegues to determine root cause of issues and provide recommendations and direction for successful resolution;
• Monitor all communication channels for collegue queries;
• Support and demonstrate commitment to quality principles and ensure timely resolution;
• Effectively communicate technical issues in a clear and concise manner, over chat, email and phone;
• Administer the Company FAQ section and adds new solutions to the solutions database;
• Perform other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Employee must have a high school diploma or equivalent;
• Experience in Windows based environment;
• Good command of English;

ADVANTAGE WILL BE:

• Experience in MS SQL development;
• Experience in network administration and troubleshooting;
• Good knowledge of Javascript and PHP;
• Knowledge of SQL;
• General knowledge of accountancy;
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team;
• Experience with internet based applications, such as web browsers, google apps, will be greatly beneficial.
