At Progress we are expanding our JustMock development team. In this role you will get the chance to contribute to the development of a unique .NET mocking tool that uses the .NET CLR API to modify at run time the .NET code being executed. We are looking for:
- Junior Software Engineer – C++
To be successful in this role you shall have:
- Knowledge in C++
- Experience with Windows system programming and COM will be an advantage
- An attire for writing clean and structured code that can easily be maintained by others
- Interest to dive into C#
- Excellent written and verbal English
What you would be doing most of the time:
- Take responsibility for building new functionalities, enhancement and maintenance of existing ones
- Participate in the research of the software components behind the team tasks and have a good understanding of the architecture and design of the team's product
- Write clean, maintainable and readable code whilst strictly adhering to team coding quality standards
- Participate in code reviews and provide guidance in order to drive personal and code quality improvements
- Investigate problems of diverse scope, identify and resolve bugs with different complexity
- Continuously get acquainted and remain updated of the product inner workings: architecture, components, API, features, documentation

2.QA Engineer
Progress is looking for an automation QA engineer to join our .NET Developer Tooling division. The opportunity is a great match for someone who has background in software development and willingness to develop in automated testing. The team develops UI components for WinForms, WPF, UWP and Xamarin.
What you will be doing most of the time:
- Write and maintain automation tests on a daily basis
- Perform extensive manual testing
- Provide early feedback on product features in development
- Work side by side with developers, in a team following Scrum methodology
- Handle bug reports from customers and internal collaborators
- Setup, configure and maintain continuous integration builds using MSBuild
- Contribute in professionally built flexible test infrastructure
- Be part of great internal QA community
- Use cutting-edge hardware and software
If you have:
- Experience with software testing and development
- Knowledge of tools, concepts and methodologies of QA
- Motivation to learn new skills, especially in the field of automation
- Good written and spoken English
