SofiaMarine is part of the AXSMarine group - a leading provider of specialized maritime web-based software with offices in Paris, London and Singapore. The company has over 1000 clients, essentially shipowners, shipbrokers, charterers, operators, port authorities, banks, terminal operators, port agents. AXSMarine is the only company that provides chartering solutions for the following shipping business segments – Dry Bulk, Tanker, Gas, Liner and Offshore.
Our office in Sofia was opened in 2011 and since then the whole IT development department of the company has been located here. Our team is constantly growing and we want to reinforce our global positioning. We are therefore now looking for motivated students or recent graduates to endorse a new role of:
WEB DEVELOPER INTERN
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience with HTML5
- Knowledge in PHP and/or JavaScript
- Basic skills in MySQL
- Strong motivation and desire to learn
- Curious, self-driven and excited about IT technologies
- Proactive and open-minded team player
- Recent graduate or in last years of studying in University obtaining a degree in IT
- Excellent verbal and written English
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work on development and improvement of AXSMarine’s Internal tools, aiming to assist the daily work of our teams
- Develop templates and websites
- Communicate with various teams to understand their needs
- Participate in creative and technical propositions
