We are seeking:

We are seeking for a driven Solutions Presales Engineer with a passion for security technology and the ability to create long-term trustful relationships with vendors and customers.

You will work closely with the Sales, Security and Cloud teams to identify & analyse technology-based solutions and make Mnemonica’s offering relevant for our customers’ business challenges. You will be providing presales technical support for a wide range of Mnemonica solutions and play a pivotal role in the success of Mnemonica’s growth and diversification plans to design the most suitable solutions, and match services with business needs.


  • Provide presales technical support to sales teams by identifying, analysing and understanding current and future business needs and consulting on technology-based solutions;
  • Develop and validate, through close follow-up with technical buyers, the technical solutions that fit with Mnemonica’s customer needs;
  • Create and manage vendor relationships;
  • Develop and consult on the technical solution for bids/RFPs;
  • Develop and validate the technical part of the contractual agreement with the clients;
  • Present proposals to customers alongside members of the sales team;
  • Develop business and technical intelligence of your area of expertise to provide specific market information on technology trends, target clients and competition analysis;
  • Learn about Mnemonica’s solutions and services and keep country management, sales and delivery teams up to date on new features and requirements;
  • Contribute to Mnemonica’s business development towards solutions and services to identify new business opportunities;

Position Requirements:

  • Experience with design, creation, and management of cloud security;
  • A passion in Cyber Security and Cloud solutions, wish to constant learning about new technologies;
  • Very good presentation and communication skills;
  • Languages: English Advanced.


Еxperience in Pre-Sales Engineering in the IT infrastructure domain, with strong preference for specific experience supporting cloud-based infrastructure;

An in-depth knowledge of cloud solutions and experience in integrating public cloud into traditional hosting/delivery models;

Experience working in security and compliance frameworks

High level of energy, self-motivated and a passionate for success;

Comfortable with some ambiguity due to the nature of a new business;

Good verbal communications skills and the ability to clearly convey concepts and technical solutions.
