Mobile Application Specialist – JavaScript

The role will play a key part in our ever developing offering to customers, creating fantastic and comprehensive mobile solutions and technical support.

The Role and Responsibilities
- You will help our customers achieve their goals by using our mobile solutions to their full potential
- There will be in-depth technical support and configuration services for our mobile platform, configuring forms for customers tailored to their individual requirements and platforms
- Define configuration specifications based on clients’ requirements
- You will customize our solutions, so they can best fit clients’ needs
- Train and support our customers on how to work and administrate our solutions to the best of their advantage
- Take ownership over issues, proactive tasks and projects from start to finish
- Resolve cases using knowledge gained through product training, support documentation and personal experience/knowledge
Knowledge & Experience
- Experience using scripting languages such as JavaScript or VB.NET
- Excellent organisational skills and be able to effectively manage your own workload where priorities may change throughout the day

Report Developer

The Role and Responsibilities
- Understand customer requirements and build bespoke system reports using our product's built-in report designer solution.
- Analyse patterns in customer requests and create standard solutions that can be added to future product release.
- Advise on best reporting practice for existing and upcoming products, particularly our new and upcoming SaaS products.
- Work with Service Delivery Consultants to better understand customer requirements and suggest more efficient designs where applicable.
Knowledge & Experience
- An aptitude for Business Intelligence and Pixel Perfect report designs.
- Basic knowledge of Visual Basic/C# for data processing in reports.
- Understanding of SQL-like languages and ability to write simple scripts for extracting data.

Technical Services Consultant

The role and responsibilities
- You are working as part of a team to build and deploy complex pipelines to support customer migration to Ideagen platforms.
- Performing analysis on core products as well to support migration planning and development.
- Production of supporting documentation such as specifications, data models and mapping decisions to help our service delivery teams engage confidently with the customer.
- Being an adviser on development process and suggest ways of improving efficiency within the team
- A desire to look beyond data migration and consider other areas such as integration and warehousing
Knowledge & Experience
- Experience in ETL development tools such as Snaplogic, SSIS, Talend, Informatica, InfoSphere etc
- Good understanding of relational database management systems such as SQL or MySQL
- Awareness of developing ETL tools and cloud concepts
- Basic knowledge of scripting languages such as .NET, C#, Java, Python etc
