Junior/Mid Backend Developer

Moxy Labs is a boutique software company developing custom solutions based on open-source tech stacks for clients in the US & Western Europe. The company is based in Sofia and we are currently looking to expand our office in Burgas. 

The job:

As a part of our Burgas team you’re going to work closely with our CTO on client projects. You will be able to learn on a daily basis from a professional with 15+ years of web development experience with a history of teaching and mentoring. You will take part of and be required to:

• Design and develop innovative web-based applications and components within given time constraints
• Work as part of a distributed development team on major software releases
• Investigate and resolve technical issues with simple and elegant solutions
• Design, implement, and test new features
• Work in an agile development environment

Requirements:

• A strong foundation in computer programming & solid knowledge in web technologies
• Good understanding of database design practices & experience with SQL
• Experience in back-end development with an OOP language
• Ability and willingness to learn new technologies & programming languages quickly. Desire to expand competencies and grow as a professional
• Excellent problem-solving skills. Self-driven, with focus on achieving team goals and overall project delivery milestones
• Good communication skills in English
