For our team we looking for System Administrator.
In your Role as an IT support you will:
- Provide IT support for all the customers.
- Manage user and computer accounts in a Microsoft Active Directory environment.
- Participate in the workstation lifecycle management - configuration, maintenance which are needed.
- Work and call in with the network providers to resolve various network connectivity issues.
- Participate in the team’s various ongoing projects
- Enhance users experience by improving existing or introducing new systems and processes
- Spam filer and email archiving management (cPanel knowledge would be a plus)
- Configuration and administration of network printers managed by Windows Printer management.
You will be the person who has:
- Fluency in English
- At least 1-2 years of experience in the IT end user support field
- Strong Windows workstation troubleshooting skills (Windows 7, 10)(Windows Server 2012-2019)
- Able to configure and manage NVRs , maintenance and support as well.
- Administration of RDP and VPN , providing end user support.
- Administration experience in Active Directory, Exchange, VMware,vSphere, Hyper-v
- Knowledge in MS SQL Server administrating and configuring for the needed softwares.
- Good management skills of Office 365 , Office 2013-2019.
- Good understanding of networking basics like DHCP, DNS, IP sub-netting, Wi-Fi technologies
- Good hardware knowledge
- Good communication skills and self-motivation
- Microsoft, Cisco , Mikrotik or similar industry certifications will be considered an advantage
- Providing security for all of the listed specifications is needed.
- Experience with Mac OS X, IIS, DFS/NTFS or WSUS will be considered an advantage
