Junior Support Engineers
Being part of the support team you will be responsible for analyzing and solving open cases/tickets taken out of company's logs as well as to support corporate clients mainly by mail.
Job requirements:
-Solid knowledge and/or experience in XML, JavaScript, Operational Systems and/or Database
- Bachelor/ Master Degree in Computer Science, Informatics or any other related specialty
- Excellent command of English language - both written and verbal
- Very good analytical, problem diagnosis and problem solving skills
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Eager to gain hands-on experience in a highly complex IT environment
The following will be considered as an advantage:
Knowledge in software management systems such as uCMDB, BAC, SM ,SA, OVO, NNM.
