Team Lead Support Engineers
Your main responsibilities will be to analyze and solve complicated open cases/tickets taken out of company's logs as well as to manage a team of 4-5 Support Specialists.
Job requirements:
- Previous working experience supporting XML, JavaScript applications, Operational Systems and/or Database applications.
- Excellent command of English language - both written and verbal
- Very good analytical, problem diagnosis and problem solving skills
- Organized, team oriented person with very good supervision skills is required
-Bachelor/ Master Degree in Computer Science, Informatics or any other related specialty
Knowledge in some of the following software management systems:
uCMDB, BAC, SM ,SA, OVO, NNM is considered as an advantage.
