Your tasks
You support our customers in optimizing and scaling their Atlassian environments and accompany them in the strategic orientation of their collaboration tools
Together with the customers, you analyse requirements, support development of tailor-made solutions and present them in workshops and technical concepts
You support the setup, configuration and ongoing optimization of the Atlassian tools and ensure smooth support
As a contact person, you are available for technical and organizational questions and ensure that our customers' projects are successfully implemented
You work in close cooperation with internal teams and external partners, you help our customers achieve their goals
Requirements
Technical skills:
Expertise: You have completed a university degree or training in the IT area
Consulting skills: You are willing to learn to advise customers, but also inspire them with your expertise and knowledge you would build over time
Language: You have a very good command of German and English, both written and spoken, so that you can communicate autonomously
Soft skills:
Customer orientation: You are communicative, empathetic and recognize the needs of our customers
Willingness to learn: You are motivated to continuously develop yourself and are curious about new technologies and approaches
Team spirit and organizational talent: You work in a structured manner and prioritize your tasks in order to achieve goals together with the team
