Junior IT Support / Helpdesk (Entry Level)
Role overview
You will start as a Level 1 Helpdesk Technician, providing first-line technical support to internal users and assisting with basic system and infrastructure-related tasks. The role includes software and hardware installations, user support, and exposure to enterprise IT environments.
Required profile
• Graduate or final-year student in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Hands-on experience with both Windows and Linux (academic, lab, personal, or internship level)
• Basic understanding of key topics including, but not limited to, firewalls, load balancers, proxies and web servers
• Basic understanding of operating systems and computer hardware
• Strong interest in enterprise infrastructure and systems administration
• Good communication skills, willingness to learn and develop in a corporate IT environment, and a service-oriented mindset
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
Additional skills we consider a plus
• Experience working in or exposure to a corporate IT environment
• Detailed networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
• Basic understanding of database software (Oracle, MS-SQL)
• Experience with Windows Server environments
• Exposure to virtualization technologies (Windows-based or Linux-based)
• Basic scripting skills and knowledge of PowerShell (preferable) or other programming languages
• Any prior internship, lab, or hands-on IT experience
Working arrangement
• Full-time / part-time
• On-site (Sofia, Bulgaria)
