HELP DESK SUPPORT SPECIALIST, Ref.No SUHD
Responsibilities:
• Provide telephone support to the end-user community on hardware, software, and network related problems, questions, and use.
• Diagnose problems and/or problem requiring physical interaction with the end user.
• Dispatch technical support specialists from appropriate team.
Requirements:
• University degree (IT, Informatics) – last year graduated;
• Wide range of skills and knowledge in computer hardware and software as well as networking systems.
• Active driver.
• Organized and communicative person who has the ability to work in a team.
