DUTCH SPEAKING SPECIALISTS
Candidate's Responsibilities will be:
- To provide support and help to customers about company's products
- To handle all the incoming Customers' e-mails and telephone inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
- To communicate with colleagues and take care that calls are routed to the right support groups and people.
Main Requirements:
- Very good command of THE FOLLOWING LANGUAGES:
DUTCH
ENGLISH
- Command of some of the other European languages (German, French, Italian, Spanish, etc.) will be an advantage
- Ability to communicate with people and solve customer queries over phone or Internet
- MS Office skills
- Some experience in the service sector or in a Call/Support centre will be a great plus.
