Due to the expansion of our team we are seeking to employ a talented, qualified professional for the following position:
Quality Assurance Engineer
Your scope of responsibilities:
• Writing and implementing QA strategies, test plans and test specifications
• Report and track the life cycle of discovered bugs
• Cooperation with developers, support and QA team members to troubleshoot problems
• Research and implement new practices, tools, and technologies to increase QA efficiency
We require:
• Good knowledge of software testing methodologies and procedures
• Proven experience in test case creation and test planning
• Understanding of OOP principles, DB maintenance and query
• Ability to write SQL queries
• Good command of English language (spoken and written)
• Passion for software technologies and quality
The following will be considered a plus:
• Experience with HP (Mercury) or Rational products
• Experience with test automation (auto IT, selenium or others)
• Oracle DB knowledge
• MySQL DB Knowledge
• Advantage : Experience in script languages (Windows: VBS, DOS ; Linux: Bash or other)
