Quantitative Developer
Cayetano Gaming is a leading developer of Internet games and part of an international group of companies, owned by Paddy Power PLC, one of the biggest companies in Ireland. Cayetano Gaming’s expertise includes the development of online games, analytical tools and risk management systems. We also provide specialist quantitative consulting services to our parent company.
We are looking for Quantitative Developer to join our research and game development teams.
What you would do:
- Check game specifications are programmatically and mathematically feasible;
- Develop and refactor backend java game logic;
- Maintain and improve analytical and Monte Carlo simulation tools to analyze games;
- Research practical solutions to problems encountered in the creation of new game ideas;
- Implement researched and documented concept ideas into fully robust production grade software;
- Provide specialist analysis and build quantitative tools for our parent company;
Desired knowledge and skills:
- Experience in Software Engineering (Java or C++);
- Statistics;
- Knowledge of Monte Carlo methods;
- Knowledge of Financial modelling and pricing;
- Team player + Fast learner;
- Working (and mathematical) knowledge of English.
