What will your day look like?
As our new Junior Developer, you will first be matched with a mentor who will introduce you to the way we work and the platforms we use. After your introduction, you will become responsible for implementing projects in close cooperation with the project team. More specifically, your tasks include:
- designing data models and coding
- contributing to product implementation/customisation
- identifying client requirements and working out technical specifications and estimates
- providing feedback, summary and information about your projects, agreeing plans with the client and breaking down projects into manageable chunks
- testing and maintaining applications and platforms.
Who are you going to work with?
You will join the technical team, working closely with architects, developers, project managers, application consultants, designers, data specialists etc. Our common feature is that we are all competent, respectful teammates who go the extra mile to help one another. We have a flat structure and although you get a lot of responsibility, your mentor will always be there to provide the support you need and develop your skills.

What do you bring to the table?
As a person, you are a highly ambitious, outgoing and self-motivated. You are a helpful team player who contributes to the working environment with a positive attitude. Since the complexity of our projects is high, it’s essential that you have a good technical understanding and are eager to learn new technologies. In addition, you have:
- only for a Bachelor’s degree in software development or similar!
- experience with HTML and CSS as well as knowledge of one or more programming languages
- an interest in and knowledge of technologies such as SQL, XML, JSON and JavaScript
