JUNIOR IT SERVICE DESK SUPPORT SPECIALIST
Responsibilities for the position include:
* Providing of technical support to the users
* Problem solving of customer inquiries according to technological issues related to OS, hardware, software,VPN connectivity, mail etc.
Main requirements for the position include:
* High School or University Degree in the area of Information Tecgnologies, Mathematics or any related specialty
* Excellent knowledge in Windows OS and MS Office Products
* Customer oriented person
* Ability to work on shifts (7 a.m. - 4 p.m., 1 p.m. - 10 p.m. With 1 hour lunch break)
* Previous experience is not required.
