IT TECHNICIAN / SERVICE DESK DEPARMENT/
* You will be involved in providing of technical support to the users
* Problem solving of customer inquiries according to technological issues related to OS, hardware, software,VPN connectivity, mail etc.
* Provision of end user training.
Main requirements for the position include:
* 4+ years professional experience in hardware and software support
* High School or University Degree in the area of Information Technologies, Mathematics or any related specialty
* Excellent knowledge in Windows XP/ 7
* Customer oriented person with excellent communication skills
* Time management skills
* Ability to work on shifts.
