HELP DESK SUPPORT SPECIALIST

Responsibilities:

• Provide telephone support to the end-user community on hardware, software, and network related problems, questions, and use;

• Diagnose problems and/or problem requiring physical interaction with the end user;

• Dispatch technical support specialists from appropriate team.

Requirements:

• University degree (IT, Informatics);

• Wide range of skills and knowledge in computer hardware and software as well as networking systems;

• Active driver;

• Organized and communicative person who has the ability to work in a team.
