RF DRIVE TEST ENGINEER
Brief Job Description: The employee will be part of an RF drive testing and optimization team that performs RAN optimization services.
Responsibilities:
- Perform RF measurements in the field using specialized tools and analyse the results
- Maintain the RF field measurements and deliver measurements results and reports to team leader
- Drive to site location based on GSP coordinates
- Conduct additional IP data testing and results documentation
- Organize test results and sites information per specified formats
Requirements:
- Good knowledge for electromagnetic wave propagation, electromagnetic compatibility, radio measurements, antenna systems, main principles in WiMAX network
- Driving capability - at least 2 years practical skills
- Possibility to travel in countryside
Qualification/Education:
- Radio communication/Telecommunication or a related field
Languages:
- English – good working level
Skills:
- Operations skills in service area measurements and reports preparing
- Technical documentation skills
Personal Characteristics:
- Analytical and conceptual thinking
- Able to work under pressure
- Fast learning and flexible person
- Efficient team player
- Possibility to work overtime hours when needed
