SECOND LEVEL NOC ENGINEER
Brief Job Description:
Ensure the availability and uninterruptible operation of the Max Telecom’s multi-service network. Perform day-to-day operation and maintenance, network device installation and configuration. Perform troubleshooting and solves problems. Provide higher-level technical support to corporate customers. Provide networking expertise and technical support for sales.
Responsibilities:
- Daily O&M in Max Telecom’s network
- Network device configuration and maintenance
- Troubleshooting and problem solving
- Troubleshooting and technical support for corporate customer
- Technical support for sales
- Research and evaluation of products in operated area
- Implement customer specific solutions for corporate customers
- Prepares technical documentation
Requirements:
- Knowledge in network administration and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of TCP/IP and related network technologies
- CCNP or relevant knowledge is an advantage
- Knowledge of WiMax is an advantage
Qualification/Education:
- Computer science or a related field
Languages:
- Fluent English both written and oral
Skills:
- Administrative and organizational skills
- Problem solving and decision making skills
- Excellent communication skills
Personal Characteristics:
- Analytical and conceptual thinking
- Good ability to work under pressure
