ISG technology is a UK based company with an established and expanding office in Sofia and we are searching for the best 1st Line Network Support Analyst to join our established team of professionals based here in Sofia.
Your primary role will be to work as part of a team and provide proactive monitoring and maintenance of small to middle-sized network infrastructures based on Cisco equipment, remote support services to clients and to perform remedial actions when necessary to ensure service levels are met.
Main duties: Provide remote technical support to the clients
• Providing remote telephone technical support to clients
• Monitoring and prioritizing logged incidents
• Updating the call logging software system with actions
• Maintenance of Cisco routers and switches
• Maintenance of Cisco Access Points
• Providing technical advice
• PC windows support: XP, Vista, 7
• Complete detailed time and action reports as required by the Manager, Clients or Account managers
• You will be working on shifts
The successful applicant must possess the following skills and knowledge:
• Excellent English speaking/writing skills
• Very good network configuration and troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of network equipment
• CCNA will be an advantage
• Experience with network environment
• Experience with service desk environment is a plus
• Experience with windows server environment is a plus
• General knowledge of windows desktops
